Our issue tracking system is hosted on Sourceforge. Whenever you think you have found a bug, you can open a ticket here. Don't forget to give us as much details as you can (environment, version) as well as a simple test case (at least a detailed description).

If you think you fixed a bug, you can still use the issue tracking system to submit a patch.
