Using FusionCharts -- paid version..

Vincent..

I saw that Jspresso can use FusionCharts Free, but I've got a fully licenced version of FusionCharts I bought last year but have not used yet.. Is it just a matter of dropping in the licenced version of the modules in lieu of the free versions or ??  Just thought I'd ask -- I realize that you may not know but figured I'd ask as I'll want to use them at some point.. Thx!

Using FusionCharts -- paid version..

Hi Rick,

Given the current fusion chart integration (which is more or less launching a swf with xml parameters), I believe that integrating the paid version would just be a drop-in replacement. But in order to fulfill Maven integration, you would have to manually install your paid version artifacts into your local machine maven repo (or deploy them into a private enterprise repository) and then add the new dependency to your project.

Also note that we put a lot of effort on a Flex datavizualization deep integration (dynamic charting seemlessly integrated in the Jspresso distributed binding). However, this is not publicly available and is part of an "enterprise" offer we are packaging.

Best,

Vincent

Thanks for the info Vincent.. I'll check into this once I get that far.. It's WAY too early at this point to even think about charting..
